Application Open for 2010/2011 Leadership Year

May 15th is the last day to apply for the US Program to attend the National Summit in July!

Apply today.

There are other training opportunities both online and in-person throughout the year - so, if you can't attend the summit you can still apply to the program until June 15th!

Student leaders belong to a year-leadership program and organize Global Action Days and action projects in their schools and communities around the issues of hunger, climate change, global health, and education. Using Mercy Corps’ tools, training, and resources, you get the knowledge and skills to carry out campaigns that inform and inspire your classmates to use multi-media to raise awareness, create advocacy campaigns, raise money, and carry out service projects.

Over 500 youth leaders have the chance to connect with other youth leaders from Scotland, Gaza, Iraq, Lebanon, and Jordan through an online community, video conferences, and youth summits.

If you would like to print and mail the application download it here: GCC Application. To fill out the online application simply click here.
